Description:

The EMR (First Responder) e-learning course provides dynamic computer-based, interactive training directly to the students 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Responders come to the class "ready to go" already having learned the subject matter. Instructors ensure that students master both the knowledge and skills needed to be compliance-trained practitioners.

Bring to Class:

This blended course will include online coursework as well as in-person skills sessions. The in-person skills sessions will be held at the Hutchinson Business Development Center (980 2nd Ave SE). Park in the south lot and enter through the south entrance (#8). Please note: this is NOT the main campus located on Highway 15. The Hutchinson BDC is located in Industrial Park.

Computer with Internet is required. Be sure to bring your device the first night of class so you can get connected to the online course work. Fees include textbook.

Please note: In order to become a licensed EMR, the EMS Regulatory Board requires you to have a clean background study at the time you apply for your license.
