Description:
Students are introduced in the classroom to the types and construction of school buses. Review of school bus accidents and problems encountered with school bus accidents. Class will also cover:
- Scene Size-Up
- Pre-Rescue Operations
- Hands-On Rescue Skills related to school bus operations
- Strategies and Tactics based on school bus incidents that will help ensure successful mitigation
- Post Incident Operations
Operations will also be included.

Note: All participants/fire departments are responsible for providing their own extrication equipment.
