Students are expected to maintain 100% attendance for all classroom instruction, skills labs, and clinical experiences. For any questions regarding attendance, please contact your instructor.
Cancellation Policy:
To receive a refund, class cancellations must be made at least five full business days before the scheduled start date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than five full business days in advance.
Refunds will also not be provided for individuals who register but do not attend the class (“No Shows”—defined as absences without prior notification to Workforce Achievement Center within the required timeframe).
Because space is limited, we kindly ask that you contact our office by phone or email as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
Please note: Classes may be canceled due to low enrollment. In such cases, all registered participants will be notified and receive a full refund.
