In the wake of having to cancel the Minnesota Northwoods Writers Conference this year, MNWC staff has worked with MNWC faculty to provide our community with a series of 90-minute virtual craft talks with generative or guided writing prompts monthly through November 2025. We’re launching this virtual series with Joni Tevis “Work Experience as Memoir Material” on Thursday July 24, 2025 6-7:30pm Central. The full schedule is below.
These virtual sessions are to fall on Thursdays or Tuesdays around the month's new moon, start at 6pm Central, and be hosted via Zoom.
The series fee is $150. You will receive the Zoom link upon successful registration.

Cancellation Policy
July 24 – Due to the nature of this series Thursday, July 24, 2025 is the last day to cancel and receive a refund. A $20.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from the series fee. The remainder of the fee will be refunded. Absolutely no refunds for the series fee will be made after July 24.
Registration Policy
You may register and attend once the series has begun, but the registration for will not be adjusted or prorated for missed Craft Talks. Thursday, November 20, 2025 is the last day you may register.
