Change Management requires knowing the change curve, transitioning stakeholders from old to new, and providing a logistic framework to structure the change process. Leading change takes equal parts managing resources and getting buy-in.
In this workshop, you will be immersed into Grolson, a supply chain company. You will attend meetings, read emails and texts, make leadership decisions, and write plans. While you may not work in a supply chain company, you will find your situation at Grolson because they have:
- Leaders who cheerlead the change and believe it will be the magic bullet
- Leaders and employees who are cautiously optimistic
- Leaders who are protecting their jobs and/or the positions under their division
- Those who absolutely see nothing good coming from the change and dig in their heels to fight it.
Organizations do not change; people change. Learn tools and strategies that you can immediately use to help members of your team/department/division discover a new vision that increases their productivity and re-engages them in their work purpose and passion.
