Description:
This one-hour lunch and learn walks small business owners through Minnesota's Paid Leave program, now in effect beginning January 1, 2026. Participants will get a clear overview of employer obligations, including premium contributions, reporting, employee notice and posting requirements, and how the program affects staffing and leave policies. The session will also highlight key resources to help you stay complaint as an employer.
This workshop is offered at no cost through the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development's Paid Leave Outreach Grant.

A light lunch will be provided to attendees. Please bring a pen with you for taking notes.
