Housing is available for an affordable rate of $275. Single rooms with shared locking bathroom. Single room on other side of the bathroom. Each has a private entrance.
Preferred check-in times at Linden Hall for anyone NOT arriving via flight/airport shuttle:
Tuesday, June 23 from 10 am - noon Monday, June 23 from 11 am-7 pm
Check-out time:
Saturday, June 27 before noon
Monday, June 30 before noon (for flights occurring this day)
Participants will be able to express check-out by leaving their room key and check-out envelope in a box located at the Linden Hall front desk. Keys not returned by 1 pm on Monday, June 29, 2026 may be subject to a $50 re-core fee. There will be no prorated rates for participants arriving late or leaving early.
Linden Suites are newly remodeled and air-conditioned. WiFi and high speed Internet are standard. Stay in comfort, close to Lake Bemidji and Diamond Point Park, and an easy walking distance from all Northwoods Writers Conference workshops and activities.
Linden Hall has two-bedroom suites with private entrances adjoined by a shared bathroom. Each floor has a comfortable lounge area and access to stoves and sinks. Once admitted to the conference, housing registration materials will be sent to you. Cancellation Policy:
Before May 10th : A $50.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from the conference fee. The remainder of the fee will be refunded. All other fees will be fully refunded.
After May 10th: Absolutely no refunds for the conference and housing fees will be made after May 10.
