Critical Skills for Clinical Confidence!

Designed for individuals who require CPR and AED certification for school, employment, and professional practice in any healthcare setting, this course will provide American Heart Association (AHA) instruction on essential life-saving skills. Topics covered include:
  • CPR application for adults, children, and infants
  • Rescue breathing and two-rescuer CPR techniques
  • Use of a Bag Valve Mask (BVM)
  • Relief of choking (obstructed airway)
  • Safe and effective use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Class is typically 3-4 hours in length. We combine American Heart Association (AHA) video-based teaching, verbal instruction, and hands-on skills-practice using manikins to build confidence and competence.

A valid email address must be provided at time of registration.
Successful completion of the class will include a written test and a skills-based practical evaluation by the instructor.
Completed participants will receive an AHA BLS CPR eCard within approximately one week.
