Success in any organization depends on the leadership and coaching skills of its supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders. The culture of any entity starts at the top and permeates the entire organization. Leadership skills are built from the inside out.
This hands-on workshop is based on the premise that the leader is the decisive element in any organization. His/her “people skills” create the climate and determine whether problems will be escalated or deescalated, and whether staff condemn depends largely on the attitude and demeanor of the person in charge.
Creating a culture that people want to be a part of and a workplace where people enjoy coming to work is the major focus.
