Topic: The Balancing Act of Performance Evaluations
We will spend time on some of the current business thought processes that performance management is a thing of the past. Performance management (evaluations) is not about the form, but the connection with employees so they know what they can do to become even better at their craft, trade or job. The main reason for performance management is to help employees to become even better!

Cost - $175 includes all three sessions with light refreshments. A minimum of 7 participants is required for the course to run.
