Continuing education provides open enrollment courses, online or classroom-based, in areas of personal enrichment, professional development, workforce, marketing and sales courses and also many self-study courses.

Leadership Certificate

The Leadership Certificate from Saint Paul College allows you to customize a program to meet your unique needs.  You already have skills in some areas, so choose the classes where you need a little more knowledge.  It is an excellent opportunity to create your own path and develop your own personal leadership style.

To qualify for the certificate, students will complete all five leadership courses that Saint Paul College Continuing Education offers.  Students will leave the certificate with 15 CEU's and an awarded certificate from the college in Leadership.

This certificate is comprised of the following courses:

  • Conflict Management Resolution Skills (3 CEU's)
  • Problem Solving Skills (3 CEU's)
  • Leadership Skills (3 CEU's)
  • The Art of Effective Communication (3 CEU's)
  • Time & Stress Management Skills (3 CEU's)

To Register: Click on a program category above and select your class, or use the "search" feature at top of page. Once you have added your class to your cart, you will need to create and activate an account. Once you have received your activation email and fully activated your account you will be able to register for your class. 
Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued if requested FIVE business days prior to the start of the first day of class. No refunds will be given after the class has started.
Confirmation: A confirmation will be sent when you register with more information about what you need for the class. Please mark your calendars with the class date so you don't forget!
Special Services: Persons with disabilities are welcome in any class or activity.  Saint Paul College can make necessary accommodations as needed.  For interpreter services, please reach out to WTCE office: 651-846-1800 with at least 7 business days so we can honor any accommodations needed.  Please note that some courses require 3 weeks notice to provide adequate accommodations to any testing/proctoring that would be needed.
