MnDOT Standard Specifications for Construction 2020 (MnDOT Spec Book) & 2022 Supplemental Specification
 
MnDOT Spec Book Update!
The 2025 Edition of the MnDOT Standard Specifications for Construction (known as “the Spec Book”) has been completed and is now available in hardcopy and electronic versions. You can download a PDF version or order a hard copy via the MnDOT website. MnDOT employees, please check with your supervisor before purchasing a hard copy.
 
Reminder: always use the edition of the MnDOT Standard Specifications for Construction that is included in your project contract.
 
For our Technical Certification Program courses that are still running Spring 2025, the 2020 edition will continue to be used for class instruction.

The 2025 Spec Book will be used for most projects from fall 2025 on

Please fill out the order form above and email it to suzanne.johnsrud@lsc.edu. You'll be sent a confirmation email and invoice once processed. Once your order has been placed and you have been invoiced, you can expect shipment within 30 days. For large orders (over 100 manuals), shipment may be more than 30 days. Price for shipping and handling subject to change with market and UPS pricing fluctuations. Once registered, you should receive an immediate email confirmation (please check your spam folder). If you do not receive an email confirmation or need additional assistance, please contact Iris Hiemenz at iris.hiemenz@lsc.edu or call 218-733-7680.

Cancellations: The college reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment; payment is then automatically refunded. If we have to cancel your class, you can request a full refund of your tuition or transfer to another course of your choice, space permitting.
To Register: Click on a program category above and select your class, or use the "search" feature at top of page.
Refund Policy: (Also applies to purchase orders) Full refunds will be given to any student/company canceling within the required timeframe set for each class. For specific timeframe please check the class description and/or your registration confirmation email. Student and/or companies will incur all charges with no refund if student does not drop the course within the required timeframe.
