Test Fees
Full Test (Knowledge and Skills) - $250
Skills Test - $200
Knowledge Test - $135
Cancellation/Transfer Fee - $15 (all registrations)
- To pay with a credit or debit card, click a test event below to register online.
- To pay by check or if your company is covering the cost of your class, download the NA Registration Form OR call 507-453-2740 to complete your registration.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your test date, you must call 507-453-2740 a minimum of three (3) business days prior to the test date. Leave a detailed voice message if your call is not answered including your name, date of your scheduled test, and your request to cancel or transfer to another date. Refund or transfer requests after this timeframe will only be considered if there are extenuating circumstance beyond your control. If you are late, fail to appear, do not have the correct identification, and/or your name in TMU© does not match your form of identification, you will not be admitted for testing and your test fee will not be refunded.
TMU© Access
- If you completed a Nursing Assistant training program, verify with your instructor that you are marked complete in TMU© at least 3 business days before the test, so we can schedule you for the test event.
- If you are a Challenge/Test-out candidate, please indicate this on the registration e-form and you will be set up with a TMU© login approximately 3-5 days before the test.
ADA Accommodations
ADA/disability accommodation requests must be submitted with required documentation using the online ADA Accommodation Form 1404MN AND approved by Headmaster at least 14 days in advance of your test date. If you have any questions, call Headmaster at 888-401-0462.
