The Minnesota Board of Nursing requires unlicensed personnel to complete a minimum of 48 hours of training before administering medications in long-term care settings. Our Medication Aide course meets the curriculum standards established by the Minnesota Board of Nursing and offers rigorous curriculum that teaches unlicensed personnel how to administer medications. Student should be 18 years old and have 6 months CNA experience. We offer the MA course several times throughout the year. Currently, there are no course dates set.
