The Minnesota Motorcycle Safety Foundation rider training program has served Minnesota riders for more than 30 years with affordable, high-quality professional training and education. Instructors are certified by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation and dedicated to building and improving your riding skills.

Saint Paul College currently offers the Basic Rider Course, needed to earn your motorcycle license endorsement.  

You will earn your motorycle license endorsement after registering for your BRC and completing the below steps:

1). Have a valid Minnesota motorcycle permit (*ages 18+).
*Those under age 18 will recieve a completion card after they complete the BRC, to be returned to the local DMV to then test on their knowledge exam.  Check your local DMV for more rules and regulations.
2). Complete the e-course included in your Motorcycle BRC training registration prior to class..
3). Successfully complete the skills in class to earn your endorsement card, returned to your local DMV showing completion of your motorcycle license endorsement.

To Register: Click on a program category above and select your class, or use the "search" feature at top of page. Once you have added your class to your cart, you will need to create and activate an account. Once you have received your activation email and fully activated your account you will be able to register for your class. 
Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued if requested FIVE business days prior to the start of the first day of class. No refunds will be given after the class has started.
Confirmation: A confirmation will be sent when you register with more information about what you need for the class. Please mark your calendars with the class date so you don't forget!
Special Services: Persons with disabilities are welcome in any class or activity.  Saint Paul College can make necessary accommodations as needed.  For interpreter services, please reach out to WTCE office: 651-846-1800 with at least 7 business days so we can honor any accommodations needed.  Please note that some courses require 3 weeks notice to provide adequate accommodations to any testing/proctoring that would be needed.
