ATTENTION Basic Rider Course Registrants
• Visit motorcyclesafety.org for permit/license fees and rider information.
• Completion of a 5-hour e-Course is REQUIRED before attending class. You'll receive instructions in the registration confirmation email once you register.
• Adults (18+) MUST have a valid Motorcycle Permit and Vehicle Driver's License prior to class to earn your motorcycle endorsement.
Minors (16-17) must have a valid Vehicle Driver's License AND bring a parent or guardian to sign the required waiver form in front of a rider coach before class (or have it notarized).
NOTE: The new law regarding lane filtering and splitting for motorcyclists does not take effect until July 1, 2025.
