- If you need to reschedule or cancel your registration, to receive a refund you must call 612-659-6500 at least 3 full business days before your test date (and leave a message if you don’t reach anyone in person).
- An administrative fee of $15 will be charged if you reschedule or cancel your registration, regardless of the reason or date.
- No cancelation refund will be provided if you: arrive to the test late or unprepared, miss the test, or do not contact Minneapolis College CEWD at least 3 business days in advance of your test date.
