Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Lake Superior College Customized Training is moving our MSHA Training Courses to an online video conferencing and presentation format called ZOOM. Our instructors will be performing the training as before but instead of our participants being in a classroom, all will be required to view the training with the ZOOM video conferencing application.

Statement from U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration:
In light of current circumstances, MSHA will be granting up to a 30-days grace period for completing training sessions at which time we can reevaluate if necessary. We will continue to monitor the situation, but operators should have a plan for making up the sessions and keep in touch with your local U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration office with any questions and concerns.
