Your sponsorship is vital to the success and sustainability of the Winter Institute and we appreciate sponsorship at any level. For additional or alternative sponsorship options, please contact us.

Sponsorships will be welcomed until January 21st. For maximum sponsorship exposure, we recommend sponsorship commitments be made by December 30th.

SCSU Inclement weather policy
St. Cloud State makes every effort to announce any closing/cancellation by 5 a.m. regarding day classes and events and before 3 p.m. for evening classes and events. In the event a portion of the Winter Institute must be cancelled please refer to SCSU’s Severe Winter Weather Policy. The Winter Institute website and Winter Institute Facebook pages will be updated in the event weather impacts any of the scheduled events. Since sponsors will have enjoyed the advertising exposure prior to the event refunds will not be issued for weather cancellations.
