Registration details and hotel information can be found on St. Cloud State University Website.

Registration includes one ticket to Wednesday and Thursday nights entertainment.  If you need any additional tickets, the cost is $45 each.

Additional Thursday lunch tickets can be purchased for $30 each.

River’s Edge Convention Center serves as the location for all exhibits and various conference events.

Registration Fees:
  • Any registrations received/postmarked after the registration deadline of February 27, 2024 will incur a $25 late registration fee.
  • Invoices that are not paid within 30 days of the invoice date will incur a $25 late payment processing fee.

Certificates:  (2 options)
  • CMC/MMC Points:
    • IIMC Points: For those pursing CMC (Certified Municipal Clerk) or MMC (Master Municipal Clerk) certification, this Conference provides 1 CMC Education or 1 MMC Advanced Education Point for every 4 hours of approved participation in combination with a completed learning assessment. St. Cloud State University will provide a Certificate for those participants who check "YES" during registration.  You must also complete the online assessment.
  • Continuing Education Units/Customized Certificates
    • For those needing a customized certificate that certifies you attended a specific session, you will need to register and pay $15 for each specific certificate.  St. Cloud State State will be in touch for the specific certificate you are requesting and provide your certificate by email.
