Registration Now Open for 2026 Motorcycle Classes

Important Information for Basic Rider Course Registrants:

Completion of the Required Online E-Course:
Before attending your in-person class session, you must complete the 5-hour online E-Course. This is a mandatory prerequisite and must be completed prior to class attendance.
Details can be found in the Course Description or your confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email after registering, please call the office at 218-846-3674.

Motorcycle Permit Requirement:
If you are 18 years of age or older, you must have a valid Motorcycle Permit before the class in order to earn your motorcycle endorsement.
