MN Permit to Carry
Learn from Scott Stumpf, an instructor with 32 years of law enforcement experience, as he explains Minnesota statutes related to home defense, the lawful use of force, and your rights and responsibilities as a citizen. Participants will also participate in live-fire training in a climate-controlled indoor range.
