Northland Leadership Academy

Norhland's Leadership Academy will provide current and aspiring leaders with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to succeed in today's fast-paced and ever-changing business landscape.

Sessions include Personal Side of Leadership, CliftonStrengths™, Managing Accountability, Culture & Engagement, Leadership Communication, and Creating Vision and Purpose. By the end of the series, participants will gain valuable insights and practical tools to become more effective and impactful leaders. They will also expand their networks and form meaningful connections with individuals committed to personal and professional growth.
Session One:  Personal Side of Leadership, January 9, 2025, 9:30AM - 1:30PM
Session Two:  Leadership Strengths, February 13, 2025, 9:30AM - 3:30PM
Session Three: Managing Accountability, Culture, and Engagement, March 13th, 9:30AM - 1:30 PM
Session Four: Leadership Communication: Tools to Develop, April 10th, 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Session Five: Creating Vision and Purpose, May 8th, 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Registration for the full academy is not required; individuals may register for individual sessions,
and an academy pass can be shared among colleagues.
