MinnEE Course Review
The Minnesota eLearning Essentials (MinnEE) Review is focused on providing feedback and advice that can be used to improve an online or blended course. It provides an informal, collegial process that leads to course improvement.

What is a MinnEE Review?

The purpose of the MinnEE review is to provide the instructor who has created an online or blended course with feedback they can use for course improvement.
The MinnEE Review is an informal, collegial review of an online or blended course. As part of the MinnEE Review, the instructor will complete a self-assessment of their own course and then will
receive detailed feedback from a trained reviewer.

The MinnEE Review uses QMs 23 Essential Review Standards (QM Higher Education Rubric, 6th Edtn.) as the framework on which the review is based. Essential standards are designated as such by QM because they are "essential" for supporting student success, student satisfaction, and student learning. The 6th edition of the Quality Matters Higher Education Rubric will be used.
The MinnEE Review is conducted by a "Coach Consultant" who plays an integral role in the success of the MinnEE Review. This individual is a trained reviewer (Certified QM Master Reviewer or Instructional Designer who has completed the APPQMR & PRC). These individuals are from institutions across the Minnesota State system. The Coach Consultant serves as the sole reviewer during the review and is expected to provide guidance and suggestions regarding how well the course undergoing review has met the Quality Matters Essential Standards.
