This 8-hour workshop prepares you to take the ServSafe exam and meet the requirements for the food manager certification from the MN Department of Health. Workshop includes: ServSafe manual, grading and certification of attendance.
This 4-hour renewal workshop meets the requirements for food manager certification renewal required by the MN Department of Health. The renewal workshop provides four hours of continuing education in food safety, sanitation, emerging trends in food preparation and handling, and a review of how to prevent food borne illnesses.
