Understanding how they operate, the unique ways they process information, and motivating them are essential skills for leaders and supervisors to possess. These are sometimes called, “Soft Skills.”

The program focuses on enhancing interpersonal relationships at work, boosting teamwork efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture.

In this 4.5 hours workshop you will explore:

•    Strategies to reflect what you heard in a conversation or statement. Using this information to help people feel you are trying to understand their perspective. 
•    Understanding the conflict that can occur in an organization or relationship. Ideas to use this understanding to address or de-escalate this conflict. 
•    Techniques and templates to de-escalate conflict and misunderstandings. 
•    Strategies and ideas to improve the communication in your organization.
