Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) Recertification Course
This renewal course is five (5) CEU-hours of in-depth Food Protection Manager units, and meets the needs to renew the Certified Food Protection Manager certification (CFPM) certificate per the State of Minnesota guidelines. The CFPM is recognized by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA). The course focuses on the specific recertification requirements that help reduce the risk of foodborne illness. This course does not include an exam. This course will meet the CFPM renewal needs of individuals with a state issued CFPM credential that has not yet expired. If your state issued CFPM certificate has expired, you will need to take the initial course and its exam.
