Description:
A perfect activity for couples, parents, care-givers, and any others who are interested in expanding their knowledge and hand skillsets. In this two-day intensive, participants will learn techniques, pressure points, health benefits, and historic applications of eastern medicine. Breathing and stretching warm-ups will be incorporated as well, to assist in posture and overall well-being. After this class, you will be prepared to give the gifts of relaxation, stress reduction, and therapeutic release.
Course fee is $55. Bring a friend for $25. Total cost is $80 for two people.
Bring to Class:
Participants should dress in clothing that allows for ease of movement, i.e. sweats and a T-shirt or V-neck shirt. Northland will supply everything else that’s needed for the class.
