Description:
Join us for an evening of cooking - Greco style! This master class is 1 of 3 culinary courses open to the public in Fall 2024.
In this course, students will learn how to prepare a Greco menu: Moussaka with pita bread. Take home boxes will be provided. Beer and wine pairings will be suggested, as well as additional variations to recipes to be discussed in class with our Chef Instructor. Recipes will be provided to take home with prepared dishes.
Bring to Class:
Class will meet in 2170. This class is ideal for couples looking for a date night, or if you have a friend who wants to join with you. If you sign up as an individual, we may pair you up in a group.
