The purpose of this Train-The-Trainer course is to qualify the officer in the operation of a shotgun and then to qualify the officer as an instructor with a Shotgun. (It is recommended that the officers be certified firearms instructors before teaching any firearms class.)
Class will cover:
- Range safety
- Intro to the shotgun
- Field stripping, assembly, and maintenance
- Marksmanship fundamentals
- Ballistics
- Patterning
