Description:
Northland’s Leadership Academy will provide current and aspiring leaders with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to succeed in today’s fast-paced and ever-changing business landscape. Sessions include Personal Side of Leadership, CliftonStrengths™, Managing Accountability, Culture & Engagement, Leadership Communication, and Creating Vision and Purpose. By the end of the series, participants will gain valuable insights and practical tools to become more effective and impactful leaders. They will also expand their networks and form meaningful connections with individuals committed to personal and professional growth.
