This prep course is designed to prepare candidates to take the Special and Second Class Engineer (Grades B and C) licenses. Instruction will include boiler types, attendance requirements for heating boilers, safety issues, and State boiler rules. Class fee includes materials; no books required.
Additional 2-hour Turbine Prep Course available to registered students planning on taking the MN Class A License. This add-on training will take place at the end of the Prep Course; additional fee applies.
NOTE: Candidates schedule license exams separately with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, which include additional application and exam fees.

Confirmations and Class Reminders
We communicate via email whenever possible. Registered students will receive a reminder email before the start of class which will include a confirmation letter, directions to the room, and a printable parking permit.
