Food Protection Manager Certification/Renewal
Minnesota food code requires one full-time Minnesota Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) in most food establishments. You must complete four (4) or more hours of approved continuing education every three (3) years in order to renew your Minnesota CFPM.
