Pine Technical & Community College's Continuing Education department serves as the major regional provider of skill-based, short-term courses.

  • Courses are conveniently offered during the day, evening and on weekends.

The NNAAP Examination is an evaluation of nursing assistant-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. The Examination is made  up of both a Knowledge Examination and a Skills Evaluation. The purpose of the NNAAP Examination is to test that you understand and can safely perform the job of an entry-level nursing assistant. 

The Minnesota Department of Health is responsible for establishing the content of the examination, determining the passing score for the examination, and deciding who is eligible to take the examination.
