These hybrid courses are designed to meet industry licensing requirements and provide professional skill enhancement, personal and professional growth opportunities, as well as administrative and managerial services.

AHA Heartcode BLS CPR - Hybrid 
This course is designed to teach healthcare professionals how to perform high‐quality CPR individually or as part of a team. BLS skills are applicable to any healthcare setting. BLS students will learn rescue techniques for adults, children, and infants.

This is a hybrid course which requires two seperate registrations. Please register below for the hands on skills testing held in person at Lake Superior College and then register for the onine portion through the American Heart Association (AHA). Registering through the AHA requires you to create an account and purchase the online course seperately through AHA, cost is $34. (Instructions for enrolling in the online AHA course will be sent with registration confirmation). 

AHA Heartsaver First Aid, CPR, AED - Hybrid 
Heartsaver courses are designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for job, regulatory (for example, OSHA), or other requirements. These courses can also be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. CPR covers adult, child, and infant CPR techniques and treatment of obstructed airways.

This is a hybrid course which requires two seperate registrations. Please register below for the hands on skills testing held in person at Lake Superior College and then register for the onine portion through the American Heart Association (AHA). Registering through the AHA requires you to create an account and purchase the online course seperately through AHA, cost is $20.50. (Instructions for enrolling in the online AHA course will be sent with registration confirmation).

Cancellations: The college reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment; payment is then automatically refunded. If we have to cancel your class, you can request a full refund of your tuition or transfer to another course of your choice, space permitting.

Refund Policy: (Also applies to purchase orders) Full refunds will be given to any student/company canceling within the required timeframe set for each class. For specific timeframe please check the class description and/or your registration confirmation email. Student and/or companies will incur all charges with no refund if student does not drop the course within the required timeframe.
